Boca YMCA
The Boca YMCA is the nation's leading nonprofit for children and families located in Boca Raton, FL. I.B. Glazing, Inc., completed this project during an expansion to the facilities while working with Project Controls. The center encompasses elements of storefront, mirrors, and glass partitions throughout the fitness rooms, gymnasium, and common areas.
Chris Everett Hospital
The Chris Everett Children's Hospital at Broward Health was an extensive project that focused on the renovations of the 7th and 8th floor. The unique glass and glazing executed throughout this project delivered facets that were impossible for others to compete. Skanska USA Building was amazed by the installation of integral blinds in addition to the interior and exterior glazing within the patient rooms and nurses’ stations.
Ft. Lauderdale Airport
The expansion and renovation of the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) Terminal 4 of which Skanska was the construction manager, consisted of multiple phases to accommodate all airlines in the international terminal. The project included renovations and expansions of the baggage make-up unit area. The unit was converted into an Explosives Detection System (EDS) Screening Area. In addition to the installation of windows, doors, and exterior storefront, we suspended glass along with interior glass petitions and one-way vision panels and doors in the customs area. IBG also assisted in installing and expanding BCAD office spaces and Federal Inspection Services areas.
Urban League
The Urban League of Broward County is a community based organization dedicated to empowering communities and residents. In partnering with D. Stephenson Construction, IBG installed glass storefront, completed interior and exterior glazing, and installed multiple curtain wall systems.

Peter Bluesten Park
Peter Bluesten Park is our latest project, a YMCA organization dedicated to empowering our youth. It is located in Hallandale Beach, FL. We installed all the interior and exterior glass and glazing for this project working along with Kaufman Lynn in producing this job. The center encompasses elements of storefront, mirrors, and glass partitions throughout the fitness rooms, gymnasium, and common areas. "I have to say this project turned out very Amazing"!!!!
Chase Bank
Chase Bank is another project we completed, located in Hallandale Beach, FL. In addition, we provided and installed all the interior and exterior glass and glazing on this project. Working along side Golden Sands Construction we we're able produce an amazing job.
